Refund & Returns Policy

• We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind, ordering the wrong size, or style or colour preference.
• If your order is faulty, damaged, incorrect or does not arrive, we will replace it or refund you.
• You keep the item. You do not need to send anything back.

Press-on nails and nail adhesives are personal-care items, so we cannot take them back or exchange them once ordered. Please read the product details and size guidance before you buy.

If the law in your country gives you a right to cancel an order or return goods, that right is not affected by this policy.

Contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item, its packaging and, if it arrived damaged, the shipping label.

We will review your claim and reply within 2 business days. If it is accepted, we will send a replacement or refund you, depending on the problem and stock availability. We will agree the best option with you. You do not need to return the item.

If your order has not arrived 40 days after it shipped, or tracking shows it as delivered but you did not receive it, contact us at [email protected]. We will check with the carrier, then send a replacement or refund you.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, contact us as soon as possible and we will cancel it and refund you in full. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, it cannot be cancelled.

Approved refunds are issued within 5 business days to your original payment method (Razorpay or PayPal). After that, your bank or payment provider may take several more days to show it.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country, including rights relating to faulty goods or goods that are not as described.
