This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your subscription to the Mirellé email newsletter at mirelleinspo.com. By submitting your name and email address and clicking "Subscribe," you agree to be bound by this Agreement, along with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Mirellé is currently operated as an individual proprietorship based in India. We are not yet a registered company; references to "Mirellé," "we," "us," and "our" refer to this proprietorship.
When you subscribe, we collect only your name and email address. We do not request or store any other personal information through the subscription form.
We use your name and email solely to send you the Mirellé newsletter. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
You must be at least 16 years old to subscribe. By subscribing, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You consent to receive newsletter emails from us by affirmatively checking the consent box at signup. We do not pre-select this box on your behalf.
Every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link. You may withdraw your consent and unsubscribe at any time, and we will stop sending you emails promptly after your request.
Because our audience is global, your information may be stored or processed on servers located outside your country of residence, including in India, the United States, or the European Union, depending on our service providers.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing contact@mirelleinspo.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and in accordance with applicable law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation.
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued subscription after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
