Terms of Sale

Your order is an offer to buy. We confirm receipt by email, and a contract is formed when we dispatch your order. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because of a pricing error, stock problem or suspected fraud, and if we do we will refund you in full.

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. We accept payment by Razorpay and PayPal, and any other methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place the order. We never see or store your full card details. Your bank or payment provider may charge currency conversion fees.

Discount codes are valid only as described when shown, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. They cannot be applied to an order after it has been placed.

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave us.

These are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately, but colours can look different on different screens, and sizes and finishes can vary slightly between batches.

Nail adhesives can cause skin irritation or allergic reactions in some people. Read the instructions before use, stop using the product if irritation occurs, and keep adhesives out of reach of children and away from eyes.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any consumer rights you have under the laws of your country.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim relating to an order is limited to the price you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

The images, text, designs and branding in our store belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

How we use your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Delhi, India have jurisdiction. This does not remove the mandatory consumer protections that apply to you by law in the country where you live.

We may update these terms. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
