Shipping Policy

We currently ship to: United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia. If your country is not listed, it will not be offered at checkout.

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend.

Depending on your country, import duties, VAT, GST or other taxes may apply to your parcel. Any amount shown at checkout is included in your total. Any extra charge collected by customs or the carrier on delivery is your responsibility and is not included in our prices.

Orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Most orders ship from our supplier’s warehouse in China. The estimates below run from the day you place your order to the day it arrives:

• United States: 8–27 days
• United Kingdom: 8–21 days
• Canada: 16–30 days
• Australia: 9–21 days

Some items are stocked in our supplier’s United States warehouse. Those orders ship within the United States only and usually arrive in 3–9 days.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs checks, carrier delays, public holidays, peak seasons and weather can add time. An order with several items may arrive in more than one parcel.

When your order ships we email you a tracking number. Tracking can take a few days to show movement after dispatch, especially on international parcels.

If we expect your order to arrive later than the estimate, we will email you. Where the law requires it (for example, in the United States), you may choose to cancel the delayed order for a full refund.

If your order has not arrived 40 days after it shipped, or tracking shows it as delivered but you did not receive it, contact us at [email protected]. We will investigate with the carrier and then send a replacement or refund you. See our Refund Policy.

Please check your address carefully at checkout. We cannot change an address after an order has shipped. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address.
